WalletPro Help

WalletPro is configured from Garmin Connect IQ app settings and runs offline on the watch after settings sync.

Quick Setup

  • Install WalletPro on a supported Garmin Connect IQ device.
  • Open Garmin Connect IQ app settings for WalletPro.
  • Add one or more cards with a name, QR payload, optional label, and color.
  • Sync settings to the watch.
  • Open WalletPro from the app list or glance.

Common Issues

Cards do not appear Open WalletPro settings in Garmin Connect IQ, confirm every card has a QR payload, then sync the device again.
QR code does not scan Check that the payload was entered exactly as expected by the scanner. Long payloads can be harder to scan on small watch displays.
Phone is offline Already synced cards remain available. A phone connection is only needed when editing and syncing settings.
Need to delete data Delete cards or clear the cards setting in Garmin Connect IQ app settings. Removing WalletPro also removes app-managed device data.
