Common Issues
| Cards do not appear | Open WalletPro settings in Garmin Connect IQ, confirm every card has a value or 2FA secret, then sync the device again. |
|---|---|
| Add cards from the watch | Open WalletPro, hold UP/MENU or long-touch the wallet list, choose Add or Edit, then add, edit, or delete cards in WalletPro's on-watch card manager/editor. |
| 2FA code does not work | Confirm the Base32 secret or otpauth URI, check that the watch time is correct, and rotate the 2FA secret with the original service if the watch or phone is lost. |
| Barcode does not scan | Choose the type printed by the original card: Code 128, Aztec, EAN-13, Code 39, or UPC-A. The original card provider determines which format it uses. |
| Retailer code changed or stopped working | Some retailers show a dynamic QR code or barcode in their official app. It may change when opened or after a short time. WalletPro does not sign in to retailer systems or retrieve or refresh these tokens; it only displays the static data you saved. If the official code changes, use the retailer's app—a saved copy may stop working. Before adding a card, check the retailer's official app, website or help page, or physical card. Confirm both the original code format and its decoded content. A printed number or its length may differ from the encoded data. If needed, use a reader that shows both the format and decoded text. Compare the data, not the QR image. Even a correctly generated code works only if the retailer accepts that static data. |
| Phone is offline | Already synced cards remain available. A phone connection is only needed when editing and syncing settings. |
| Need to delete data | Delete cards from WalletPro's watch editor, or clear their Value / Secret fields in Garmin Connect IQ app settings and sync again. Removing WalletPro also removes app-managed device data. |
