Data You Enter
You may enter card names, card types, card values, 2FA secrets, and card colors in Garmin Connect IQ app settings. Card values, including Code 128, Aztec, EAN-13, Code 39, and UPC-A values, and 2FA secrets may contain sensitive information depending on what you choose to store.
Any data you enter for WalletPro is submitted to the WalletPro application settings for use by the app. It is not submitted to Garmin as the provider or controller of that app data.
How Data Is Stored
Card data is stored in Garmin Connect IQ app settings and synced to the Garmin device by Garmin Connect IQ. After sync, the app reads the data locally from Garmin Connect IQ application properties on the device.
2FA secrets are stored in the same Garmin Connect IQ app settings system as other card values. WalletPro does not add app-level encryption, a PIN, or a separate vault. Garmin-managed app settings may be present on your phone, your Garmin device, or Garmin account/backups depending on Garmin's sync behavior and device/app configuration.
Permissions
The WalletPro watch app requests only the Garmin Connect IQ ComplicationPublisher permission. This permission lets WalletPro publish a non-sensitive watch-face complication launcher value, such as Open, for compatible custom watch faces or Face It slots. The complication does not contain QR payloads, discount-card values, 2FA secrets, TOTP codes, card names, card counts, card colors, or raw settings values.
Network Access
WalletPro does not request network or communications permissions and does not use web requests, external services, or developer-operated servers.
Data Sharing
WalletPro does not send card data to the developer or to third parties.
Data Retention
WalletPro keeps card data only as long as it remains in Garmin Connect IQ app settings or device application properties for normal app operation. The developer does not keep a copy of your card data on any developer-operated server.
Offline Use
After settings have synced to the device, WalletPro is designed to work without a phone connection, Garmin Connect, Connect IQ Store, or internet access.
Deleting Data
You can delete individual cards by clearing their card value/secret fields in Garmin Connect IQ app settings or by using the watch editor's delete action. If your watch or phone is lost and you stored 2FA secrets in WalletPro, rotate those 2FA secrets with the original services. Removing WalletPro from the device or clearing its app settings removes app data managed by Garmin Connect IQ/device storage.
